SHIPPING POLICY
The delivery processing will be 5-12 days depending on the order. All homemade orders will be freshly made as from when you place an order so please give enough time to receive your orders. As soon as the order has been dispatched you will be sent a tracking number via email. PLEASE allow up to 3 days after placing an order to receive your tracking number.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy last ONLY 10 days. If you have exceeded the 10 day return policy unfortunately NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE can be done.
In Order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in its original packaging.

In order for your return to be processed, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as you sending your photographic evidence of the claim before the return is accepted. A return address will be provided once the return has been processed.
ONLY certain circumstances will partial refunds be granted (such as)
- Discretion of the supplier
- Wrong item received
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and it is has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank. If you have any ISSUES or you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dynastyluxelounge@gmail.com
We also offer store credit if you do not wish to have the refund amount credited back into your original method of payment.
SALE
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only NORMAL priced items can be refunded.
EXCHANGES
